Mokshada ekadashi - Gita jayanti

Nis chintha      Nir ahamkara       Nir mohaa      Moha naashini

She, who is bereft of thought

Who is not concerned about herself

She, who is bereft of Moha, and is, the terminator of Moha

"Gods and demons in the story of thunder, are not different, from us humans," comments Sancara Bhagawat Pada.

"Humans who are addicted to party and pleasure, are Gods.

Humans who are miserly and do not give freely, are Humans.

And humans who are into violence, are Demons.

All three sayings of thunder, are applicable to all of us", comments Sancara.

What he says is true.

Still when it comes to humans as a species, we seem to be wanting, when it comes to giving. Holding back and not giving, seems to be our tag, our label.

Even if they evolve into higher dimensions, some people still cling to material possessions.

And the Upanishad - Upanishads are beyond Vedas -  counsels people, to give away, to let go.
